Who we are

This site is for Eatonvale Meadows, 25 large homesites at 215 Eatonvale Road, Tinana QLD 4650. Eatonvale Meadows is a KM Developments project, exclusively marketed by Prime Agents. This policy covers the details you give us through this site.

What we collect

When you register your interest, the form asks for your full name, email, phone, what you are interested in, a lot of interest if you have one, your postcode, when you are looking to buy and anything else you want to tell us.

When you ask for a callback in the chat, it asks for your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs of visits, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, and the home page loads two animation scripts from unpkg.com, so those services also see your IP address when a page loads.

Why we collect it

So the team can contact you with pricing, availability and the information pack, and answer your questions about the estate. We do not sell your details.

Where it goes

Form and chat messages are delivered by email through Web3Forms, the form service this site uses. Nothing you send is stored on this website.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising pixels.
